Helotes Addition
This residential addition in Helotes involved a major reconfiguration and expansion of the home. The project began with the demolition of approximately 1,000 square feet of existing structure, followed by a 1,200-square-foot addition to the front and 200 square feet added to the rear. The expansion increased the home’s overall improving layout and flow.
The scope of work added three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a significantly larger living area. The project covered every phase of construction, including foundation, framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and a full interior build-out. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed to support the expanded layout, along with insulation, drywall, trim, flooring, cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and finishes resulting in a cohesive, well-integrated addition that functions as a natural extension of the original home.
