Gateway/Sonic Convenience Store

Gateway Convenience Store is a commercial fuel station and Sonic restaurant property developed in Dilley Texas, designed to support steady highway traffic and everyday local use. The project was managed during previous leadership employment and is included here to reflect the commercial experience that informs our current work today. The site layout was planned around consistent vehicle flow, service accessibility, and parking capacity, with the fuel canopy, drive-in stalls, and service window placement arranged to support fast and reliable customer turnover. 

Kitchen and utility areas were completed to meet operational standards while keeping maintenance straightforward for ownership. Although this work predates the founding of Parvin Construction Company, it demonstrates the practical familiarity with commercial development and operational needs that guides our current approach. Our present commercial focus builds on this background while extending into professional construction services for new development, tenant improvements, and future ground up opportunities.

Financial Advisory Office

This project involved the interior finish out of a 2,000 square foot office space designed to support daily and professional operations and staff workflow. The build out focused on creating a functional, organized layout suitable for long tern occupancy.The interior scope included framing, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, and other finishes . With layout decisions tailored for circulation, efficiency, code compliance, and the clients needs.The project required close attention to sequencing and active trade coordination to maintain schedule control and minimize disruption during construction. This experience reflects practical familiarity with commercial interior construction and finish-out work, informing an efficient and disciplined approach to office, retail, and tenant improvement projects.
